Greyloft is a full service, technology enabled property brokerage firm based in Singapore. Greyloft is a licensed real estate agency using technology to improve the real estate rental and sales process. Greyloft combines online decision making tools with a team of in-house licensed property brokers to help consumers make smarter renting or buying decisions. Greyloft is redefining the real estate experience by integrating a suite of online tools and offline services to deliver a holistic customer centric solution. Online tools are designed to assist customers through the course of the rental process starting from online research to paperwork and post move-in support. Offline services include a dedicated team of licensed in-house property agents who assist customers in shortlisting properties, coordinating viewings, negotiating terms and moving in. The service currently covers rentals in the Singapore private residential market but will soon expand to include sales as well.
