Greyrain Consortium: A Zimbabwe-based conglomerate, Greyrain Consortium comprises three ABOUT US distinct business units: Cadence Construction, Extreme Air, and Microvolt Electrics. Through these brands, we take immense pride in delivering high-quality services across the SADC Region. Greyrain Consortium: As the local dominant player in the construction, ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), and Electrical industry, Greyrain Consortium was established in 2019 as part of strategic management planning. We began our journey as a modest building contractor under the brand CADENCE CONSTRUCT, operating in a landlocked country. Since then, we have diversified into the ventilation and electrical sectors, represented by the brands Extreme Air and Microvolt Electrics, respectively. In 2023, we proudly established a branch in Harare, Zimbabwe.
