Grid Council

The Generating Research Insights for Development (GRID) Council is a non-profit research organization working on contextual issues related to public health and development in India. It is driven by the passion for radical collaborations and design thinking for human-centered learning and innovation. Currently, the organization has a collaborative relationship with young faculty and students in about 90 medical colleges in India, and with colleagues in some of the leading development organizations in India. It is involved in primary research (mixed methods designs; multi-partner and multi-site studies), strategic knowledge management assignments, and capacity building for public health research and management. Established in 2020, the organization has been able to successfully complete some exciting assignments and also publish papers and reports with policy pitch. Details can be found at
