Downhole, well monitoring, survey and intervention tools using Wireline, Coil Tubing and Drill Pipe interfaces/deployment, High Pressure sealing systems up to and High Temperature operation up to 200C, materials for H2S/corrosive environments. Electronics packaging in one atmosphere housing up to external pressure, accounting for heat transfer, vibration, and electrical bulkhead connection. Hydraulic actuation and coupling, proprietary and bespoke, pumps, motors, pressure intensifiers, and release mechanisms. Electrical packages being typically fabricated/welded enclosures with complex machined pressure barrier bulkheads containing machined assemblies for component mounting. Offshore/subsea structures/fabrications encompassing: Mudmat/foundations, subsea docking/mounting bases for subsea controls distribution modules, skid/container-based units conveying hydraulic and electrical supplies with diver and ROV interfacing. Design of subsea control modules encompassing hydraulic/electrical actuation for subsea well control. Design and selection of subsea corrosion protection such as coatings, materials, and cathodic protection. Topside equipment such as skid-based Hydraulic Power Units and integrated Topside Umbilical Termination Units for use in ATEX Zone 1 rated areas.
