Means something to you that people believe in you early- Total integrity and transparent. No "hiding the ball" or obscuring facts. Our chances of success will increase if we are seeing everything clearly- Passionate grinder! Running a startup is not a 9 to 5 job and shouldn't be a "job". It should be a passion and a mission and you want to run through walls to make a meaningful impact in the world. If that doesn't resonate, think hard about jumping into this 10+ year commitment. The only way to find product market fit (which is THE lynchpin to startup success) is by actively selling your idea/MVP/etc. day after day after day.
