At Grizzly Studio, I specialize in Postural Alignment Therapy, also known as The Egoscue Method. This method is a series of gentle exercises used to correct posture, reduce muscle tension, improve balance, and increase range of motion. I am the one and only Certified Postural Alignment Therapist of The Egoscue Method in Hong Kong. My goal is to help my clients improve their posture and find relief from chronic pain.
