Grocharity

GroCharity serves as a vehicle for mental, relational, and professional elevation for Black leaders within community and social impact work as well as for the communities they serve. While based in Maryland, our ultimate goal is to decolonize what has become known as "Community Building" by helping leaders of color across the country structure their organizations in a way that will enable them to not only sustain within their work but to THRIVE in true community with each other. GroCharity provides events, workshops, retreats and consulting services to help Black leaders to increase their access to viable resources and strengthen the capabilities necessary for building strong teams while nurturing their holistic well being to sustain and thrive.
