GroEn Consulting ApS focus on bridging technical and commercial aspects of Waste-to-Energy Projects, Biomass Power Plants and Power-to-X projects with financial aspects and opportunities. Our services are targeted towards investors, lenders and developers. We support in technical and commercial analysis for viability check and to develop and mature projects until financial close and beyond. The support includes feasibility studies and due diligence analysis focusing on the bankability, risk analysis, analysis of technical and commercial aspects of concession agreements, power purchase agreements, procurement strategy, contractors, schedule and CAPEX/OPEX analysis. We support in the development of specifications and in the contracting of plant equipment.
