Grooa is a European Business Consultancy specialised in the Leadership of Innovation through Diversity of Ideas. Based on our Founders extensive experience in Business Innovation (management positions in Procter & Gamble, Silicon Valley), Neuro-Leadership studies and Executive Coaching, Grooa designs and delivers programs for International Leaders and Organisations (e.g. Thermofisher, Oracle, Pfizer, NBCUniversal, Mars). Grooa is present in the Netherland with the Grooa Inspiria Learning Center, a delightful venue for workshops and retreats immersed into nature, with its own private forest in the backyard.
