This all adds up to more than 30 years working experience at a technical and operational level, both in professional studio environments and for professional equipment manufacturers. I have experience in problem solving for critical situations and can easily work with major companies and their users. I am experienced in giving product demonstrations, operational technical support over the telephone or on site, and also on-site training. I have been directly responsible in high value capital equipment sales and all the administration that it includes. I have experience defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and can provide research information to identify new markets and customer needs.
