Grounded Cafe Bars

Grounded is a small group of cafe bars situated in Bristol and Wiltshire, serving seasonal food in a welcoming and homely environment. Our aim is to recreate the welcoming and inviting atmosphere of a living room in a cafe bar. The local community is at the heart of what we do, we provide a space that is open to everyone. Whether it’s meeting up for a coffee and chat, or a bit to eat, everyone from the community is welcome. All our cafe bars are open everyday, producing quality food and served with great customer service. During the day we are a perfect spot for breakfast or brunch, serving quality coffee and it’s a great place for kids. Our first site was established in 2008 along Church Road in Redfield Bristol, our business has expanded to eight branches in Bristol and Wiltshire. Our cafe bars can be found across Bristol in the thriving high streets of Bedminster, Brislington, Fishponds, Horfield and Redfield. As well as the countryside towns of Keynsham, Corsham & Chippenham. We create homes for our cafe bars in unique buildings from old banks to nightclubs, we renovate using recycled items such as bars are made from old doors and chairs sourced from local magistrates. We are passionate about employing staff who share our love for hospitality and are local to the area. When recruiting we look for candidates who are serious about a career in hospitality and want to progress within the company. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are more important than previous experience. Training opportunities are provided when working in order to produce our delicious food, coffee and to provide the excellent customer service, that’s required by our staff.
