The systems in which we live and work are not sustainable. The exhaustion of natural and human resources, but also the rise of new technologies, force us to choose. Not only in voting booths or stores, but more so at work. If we don't take a stand as professionals, our future will be determined bij others. Together with our colleagues we have to choose how we want to work. We can not leave this up to managers, politicians or experts. The stakes are too high and the consequences too personal. That is why we help colleagues to discover and discuss the ground they want to share. These grounded conversations help them to take responsibility for their future, improve their collaboration and make a difference in a changing world.
