Grounded Kitchen

Grounded Kitchen originated in 2017 as a single restaurant in Leicester. The restaurant became a second home for staff and locals; filled with energy, conversation and a little mindfulness. Providing a more meaningful experience when eating healthy foods on the go as well as the opportunity to indulge in a Korean inspired cuisine. The response to Grounded Kitchen was so positive the business has now decided to grow and share it’s knowledge; inspiring a healthier more grounded way of eating across the Globe.
