Founded in 2023, GroundUp Consulting is born from a collective vision of seasoned professionals who have devoted their careers to the development and humanitarian aid sector in Lebanon and the Arab world. Drawing from rich experiences working with both local and international organizations, our founders have deep-rooted connections within the very communities we serve. Our commitment is firmly grounded in the belief that lasting change is best achieved when we start from the grassroots level – working hand in hand with local communities to build a better future. MISSION Rooted in passion and driven by purpose, our mission at GroundUp is to collaborate with civil society actors and public sector entities, leveraging our expertise to facilitate inclusive capacity strengthening, conduct comprehensive research, assess needs and impact, and design programs.
