With more than 80 years of combined experience across all facets of homebuilding, we are dedicated to serving you, our customer. Group Three Builders builds homes all across Central Texas, including Williamson and Travis Counties, and portions of Bell County. We have lots in many desirable communities across Central Texas. As of right now, we are building and have available lots in the following areas: Leander (Crystal Falls), Georgetown (Twin Creek Farms, Beltorre, Snow Woods) and Austin Reunion Reserve/Ranch). We can also assist you in finding the perfect lot for you! Do you prefer to build on your own lot? While much of the process of building a new custom home on your lot is the same as our typical construction process, there are many differences. The most important part is the up-front analysis – this is where Group Three Builders’ 80+ years of construction experience can save you time and money. We will meet you on your lot and review all of the many factors that affect the overall cost and complexity of building a new home on your land, including: topography, building lines, utility availability, soil conditions, community restrictions. If you don’t have a floor plan yet, no problem! We can show you several possible designs, or connect you with an architect.
