At "Grow into your PhD", our mission is to equip early career researchers with the essential skills and growth-oriented mindset they need to thrive in academia. We understand the struggles junior scientists face and are dedicated to supporting them. For individuals, we offer a free community that PhDs and Postdocs can join at growintoyourphd.com. For institutions, we offer trainings that emphasize an interactive and participatory learning experience. All our workshops are research-based. They cover topics such as: • How to be a Kind and Happy Researcher • Research Planning: Goal Setting, Time Tracking and Project Management for Early Career Researchers • Cultivating Resilience and a Growth Mindset in Academia • Empathy and Active Listening for Effective Interpersonal Communication in Research • Become an Ally to Underrepresented Minorities in Science Attendees will gain actionable insights and develop skills that can be immediately applied in their research endeavors. We are more than happy to customize our services to address your institution’s unique needs. Workshops can be held online or in person to best accommodate your scientists. We are genuinely excited to collaborate with new scientific institutions.
