At Grow, we aim to support adults with learning disabilities and difficulties develop self-confidence and life skills; enabling them to be included and valued within a workplace and the wider community by providing occupational training and mentoring in a safe and stimulating environment. Training Opportunities - Grow offers a number of occupational training opportunities for adults with a learning disability or difficulties Plants & Produce - we sell summer bedding, perennials, shrubs and hedging, seasonal fruits and vegetables Training Café - Providing catering and front of house services through our training café. Workshops - Crafting wooden products, designing arts and crafts for sale in our retail shop.
