Grow Up Academy” is an educational project started about a year ago which pretends to “grow up” into the biggest online educational program in the region. More precisely, the main goal of the company is to provide knowledge and skills in marketing and sales area to the “young” companies that want to gain more than average lifestyle through efficient promotion and sales. Targeting of the right customer for their business - how to find, attract and keep the client they really need. You cannot sell “everything” to “everyone”. If you do it, you will end up with nervous customers and without money. Marketing tools for sales and promotion - refers to the marketing tools which “Grow Up Academy’s” team uses everyday in the process of online marketing. Also, in this part of the workshop you will learn how to use the same tools for your own business. They will give you tools for making content, Landing pages, graphics, post scheduling etc. How to create the perfect message to the customer - The last one from the serial of workshops will give you a knowledge of how to create the best sales message to your audience. Every customer has a different problem that you need to solve. Nowadays, of a particular importance is the correct way to access the market. Otherwise, you may experience a great setback. Co-founder, Ivica Penić is a business consultant, coach and sales mentor with more than 17 years experience in entrepreneurial sales and marketing. In 2010 he decided to create „Mariviam Success Academy“ in Zagreb - one of first online academy in SE Europe. During his work here, he created and developed his own sales system called „IPS“ which is specialized for entrepreneurs and their business needs. His knowledge and experience in working with private businesses led to creating and writing of two books and online training programs.
