Growing Beyond works with people at inflection points. When what used to work no longer does, and something deeper is being asked of how they lead, decide and show up. The practice blends executive coaching, organisational psychology and evidence-based tools to help leaders, founders and teams build the clarity, capacity and confidence to lead with intent. Especially when the stakes are high or the path ahead feels uncertain. Projects span leadership development, strategic assessments, behavioural design and fractional advisory. Founder Rebecca Noskeau has spent the past decade working with high-growth founders, senior leaders and mission-driven teams across sectors including tech, health, energy and aviation. She holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, a Strategic Management Certificate from Wharton, and is a certified Hogan Assessor. Her published research, featured in Forbes and cited by Yale, Columbia and MIT, explores how mindset, fear of failure and goal orientation shape impostor feelings in working adults. Rebecca is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and part of the Talent World Consulting Network. Recent work includes projects with NHS, Alignd, and Venture.Community.
