Growings

GroWings is a non-profit umbrella spearheaded by veteran Lone Soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Our team has identified an innovative strategy that enables coordinated collaboration among various non-profits operating in the Lone Soldier ecosystem. We hope to partner with any non-profit that aligns with the mission of assisting Lone Soldiers before, during, and/or after their service. Our system provides a more logistically sound method, which if adopted at scale, will lower service costs, remove the barriers of entry Lone Soldiers face, and will ensure more clarity with regards to accessing their relevant networks of support. We assist non-profit partners in scaling their impact by connecting them to larger social causes and funding networks, encouraging a more long-term, collaborative approach. Our mission is to bring more accountability, operational efficiency, and social validity to the non-profit world, by providing our partners with key insights such as, how to appropriately allocate funds to maximize impact and improve their ROI, Return on Impact, per Lone Soldier helped. We seek to empower the Lone Soldier community by showing our appreciation for the non-profits that are committed to the mission and are receptive to receiving constructive solutions from the perspective of the Lone Soldier beneficiary. Our overall goal is to reunite and reconnect the non-profit support network, collectively scale our impact, and ultimately, increase the chances of success for the Lone Soldier community in Israel.
