Growth Corp is a not-for-profit organization empowered by the U.S. Small Business Administration to marshal the 504 Loan Program to small businesses throughout the entire state of Illinois, and parts of Missouri, Indiana, Iowa and Kentucky. For 30 years, Growth Corp has been focused on the advancement of small businesses and the development of local economies. We are proud to employ the top people from all aspects of credit, accounting, business development, closing and portfolio management. However, because we only have about 30 employees, we also understand the intricacies of running a small business. And, throughout our 30 year history, Growth Corp has evolved into one of the top rated and highest producing Certified Development Companies in the nation.
