We offer (3) services:(1) Relationship Development: We help leaders and their companies to find and develop the relationships they need to grow, while coaching them through what to do with those specific relationships we match make for them.(2) Program Management: We help organizations who produce or host entrepreneurial programming or communities, to deliver better and unique mentorship experiences.(3) Executive Coaching: We help Owners, founders or your team members think about where to go next, why, and how to get there most effectively. We help you design and develop your company culture, team or individual performances and provide a refreshing outsiders perspective to hold you accountable to your goals! We leverage our decades of unique global experience as well as our unparalleled network of leaders and influencers, with local cultural knowledge, to build human relationship bridges that enable growth. Who do we help/work with? We have (5) types of clients: early stage venture funded startups, small-medium businesses, VC firms, governments & universities. How do we work? We are compensated via a mix of retained & project based fees. We discover and diagnose each client uniquely within a repeatable but flexible framework that’s tailor fit to your organizations unique needs and budgets.
