We do have fun gatherings once every 2 months interval. The work timings are strictly from Mon- Fri between 9.30am – 5.30pm IST, Weekends Off. Growvy also allows additional 30 paid holidays per year comprising of 10 public holidays plus 20 earned leaves (sick+casual). About CEO & Founder: Sumit Kar The Founder of Growvy – Mr. Sumit Kar. He has a vast experience in the field of digital marketing and currently leading a team of 40 members. He has proven his abilities by delivering successful digital campaigns for international clients. Being inspirational and friendly with the co-workers, he keeps on guiding them. He has done his Double Master’s in International Business & Marketing from University of Queensland, Australia. He is also a Sun Certified Java Programmer.
