We can act either on the buy-side as well as the sell-side: partial or total sale, preparation of the company for sale or IPO, joint-ventures and strategic alliances. TAKEOVERS Presentation and execution of unique strategic alternatives directed to takeovers via acquisition of: shares in the stock market, bank debt, government related debt, IPU (Isolated Productive Unit) or companies in Recuperação Judicial with the goal of a turnaround.
