Grupa Trop

TROP Group is educational company which trains specialist in personal and social competencies development: Trainers, Coaches and Leaders. We conduct professional training (including above mentioned specialties) within TROP Academy, internal trainings for companies, NGO’s and public administration. The founders of the TROP Group are psychologists Jac Jakubowski and Dorota Szczepan-Jakubowska. TROP Academy is actively building and developing the educational environment. We co-operate and work under the theoretical supervision of PTP (Polish Psychological Association). TROP Academy is the co-founding member of the PIFS (Polish Chamber of Training Companies). We work in accordance to standards drawn up by the Council of Trainers in Polish Psychological Association and STOP (NGO Trainers’ Association), and we prepare our graduates to obtain the letters of recommendation by these two organizations. We offer supervisions for people aiming to apply for letters of recommendation by TROP, PTP and STOP.
