Grupo Ingemar

Since its origins in 1952, Grupo Ingemar has been dedicated to the extraction, sawing, finishing, trading and distribution of natural stone. We strive to apply the latest technology which, together with the experience accumulated over all these years, allows us to obtain maximum quality in our products and services, thanks to the special development of a qualified and motivated human team. We currently have two factories manufacturing granite, marble and limestone located in Guitiriz (Lugo) and Usurbil (Guipúzcoa). The first one is located in a strategic location due to its proximity to the main granite block extraction areas and to one of the main natural stone trading areas such as the port of Vigo; and the second one, due to its strategic location near the French-Spanish border, is a competitive advantage for exports to the rest of Europe. Our organisation distributes the production of slabs, tiles and cut-to-size pieces for projects through its own sales network consisting of nine distribution centres in Spain, two in Portugal and one in Poland. This allows us to be close to our customers, offering the best possible service with a wide and varied range of products and finishes. Our recognised commitment to quality and seriousness in deliveries makes it possible to satisfy the demand of all market segments, from the largest and most complex projects to the most detailed and personalised work. Grupo Ingemar currently owns 10 quarries located in Spain and Portugal. We are aware of the great importance of an adequate selection of the material from its obtaining in the quarries, and for this reason, we use the most modern extraction techniques, which allows us to ensure the supply of healthy and correctly squared blocks.
