Gruppo Mazzitelli

Mazzitelli’s Group was founded in 1945 by Ing. Orfeo Mazzitelli, 2nd World War hero of Royal Air Force. At the end of the war, he started the enterprise’s activity with a Company, which is taking over and leading importance among Italian South Enterprises, operating by over 60 years in public works area, in particular road constructions, civil and industrial constructions, construction and management of pipelines, water treatment plants, waste treatment plants, waterworks. In ‘60th it realized the first reinforced concrete pre-fabricated enterprise in South Italy, by using modern technologies to realize overhanging beams in reinforced concrete. In 1973 he founded the first private TV in South Italy. Since 1984, when Ing. Orfeo Mazzitelli died, the Group is managed by his sons, Prof. Dante and Arch. Maria Teresa Mazzitelli.
