Training needs to be a vital investment for organisations to prepare their workforce for the 4th Industrial Revolutions (4IR). 4IR has made it clear that the jobs and skills landscape will change forever. Research indicates that 133 million new roles will be created by 2022 as a result of the new division between humans, machines and algorithms.
