Guardian Angel Concierge, offers a Confidential, highly professional attention, customised to individual needs. Sample popular inclusions are: • Ensuring no untoward damage after storms, and dealing with unexpected emergencies such as water leaks etc • Managing postal items; Emailing a detailed list of post, and/or scanning & emailing important documents. • Removing unsolicited flyers & other junk mail, newsletter catalogues & any other unwanted clutter • Paying the cleaner/s & ensuring beds etc are freshly made for one’s return • Checking that all recreational assets such as pool or tennis court continue to be serviced and ready to use • Ensuring that garden contractors have been, and that the lawns and garden schedule are maintained to expected standards • Providing additional garden plant watering as required • Double-checking the property after service visits by personal trades • Additional security checks on top of standard back-to-base monitoring • Re-stocking the pantry/fridge with essentials prior to the householder’s return • Ensuring that external security, boundary & internal lights are functioning • Putting out and taking in council waste disposal bins • Acting as a point of contact for any & all requirements • Ensuring the welfare of household pets in care whilst the owner is away Services are customised to each home owner's specific home & needs. Participants will develop a greater knowledge of wines, wine styles, learn about wine, food matching, and confidently know what to buy.
