Guarnotta Design Build

At Guarnotta Design + Build we focus on residential renovations and new construction. Our small size means that every client gets the attention and focus they deserve. We provide people a chance to reimagine their home and work closely with our team designing and building it. Each project progresses organically. There is no template. Every element, material, and product is considered for how it performs and what it brings to the space. Our aesthetic incorporates clean lines and an understated modernity that’s warm, not sterile. It creates breathable, light-infused spaces that improve a home’s usability and flow. And while the resulting work is new, it’s considerate of and complementary to its Guarnotta Design Build….formerly known as unKilo. Well it is nearly official. After 10 years of spelling out “unkilo” for the vast majority of people I encounter, I’ve decided to start spelling something else - my own last name. I’m pleased to announce the renaming of unKilo to Guarnotta Design + Build. With the new name comes a site update, which you can see at GuarnottaDesign.com
