GuestSpan produces software that runs on multiple hardware platforms that are available to guests in hotel rooms. This software allows guests to connect with the hotel, businesses in the surrounding community, and ecommerce service providers. Using this system, a guest can: • Set wake-up calls • Order Room Service or contact housekeeping • Order On Demand Movies • Purchase movie or show tickets • Make restaurant or other reservations • Access hotel services in the language of their choice GuestSpan serves four markets: hotels, local and national advertisers, ecommerce merchants, and hotel guests. For hotels, GuestSpan provides a turnkey revenue engine that replaces revenue streams they may have had in the past, which are now all but eliminated, such as revenue from the telephone. We do this by splitting the revenue generated from advertisers and partners with the property. We provide targeted business intelligence on the specific behaviors of their guests. And we enhance the experience of their guests; thus increasing guest loyalty. For advertisers, GuestSpan provides access to a segment of consumers to which they currently have limited access. GuestSpan provides services such as Click to Call, Menu listings and even promotional videos to connect these advertisers to hotel guests. We also provide business intelligence on guest preferences and campaign effectiveness. For ecommerce partners, GuestSpan provides an audience to service providers they have not had direct access to and provides a platform to transact with hotel guests. We provide intelligence on guests’ spending behaviors and the ability to attract new customers beyond the hotel stay experience. The system records every touch point or interaction in a data warehouse. This data is then leveraged to provide business intelligence and other services.
