Gugabaga is a multidisciplinary creative studio led by art direction and focused on shaping clear, cohesive and aesthetically strong visual identities. Working at the intersection of design, space, fashion and culture, we help brands, institutions and projects communicate their values through thoughtful, meaningful design. Our approach is holistic. We offer a complete creative service - from initial idea, concept development and visual strategy to design, production and final realization. By overseeing the entire process, we ensure consistency, quality and a strong visual narrative across every touchpoint. Our work includes art direction and creative leadership, visual communication and branding, product design, custom promotional and branded products, souvenirs and merchandise, uniforms and costumes, spatial installations, scenography and photo points. We also create illustrations and provide styling and art direction for photo shoots, campaigns and editorial projects, ensuring a fully integrated visual experience. Alongside client work, Gugabaga develops author-driven projects and products with a strong focus on sustainability, local production and small series. We are particularly interested in reinterpreting cultural heritage through contemporary design, transforming traditional motifs into modern, functional objects. This approach is embodied in our author brand Heritage Shade, where tradition meets modern interiors through thoughtfully crafted lighting design.
