Guide Group offers workplace mediation services, investigations, and full assessments. Clients rely on Guide Group to address allegations of racism, gender-bias, cultural bias, class distinctions, and all things related to unconscious bias, mistaken attribution applications, micro- aggressive actions. Along with investigations, Guide Group offers comprehensive training in these areas to workplace leaders (managers, team leaders, executives etc.) and co-workers alike so they can peacefully co-exist and become more productive. Our aim is to empower the participants to analyse the ingredients that form the complaint, and to formulate options to make way for equitable resolution.
