In addition to property management service, other paid services include installing furniture packs, preparing short let packs to include bedding, kitchenware and electronics. Landlord and tenants small storage rental are also available on request. For our landlord peace of mind, extensive tenant referencing is carried out with the option to take out landlord insurance.
