GUiDE Project is a charity seeking to forge a new youth development and empowerment pathway. This innovative initiative transforms and revolutionizes the development of young people, preparing them for success and prosperity in and out of school. Through a strategic approach that supports and supplements the existing formal educational system GUiDE Project strengthens local and global competitive citizenship. GUiDE Project helps young people prepare for life and wealth creation, as well as for a successful and enjoyable school life. Young people are taught that life is bigger than tests and good grades; that education is more than preparing for an existing job. GUiDE Project supports and guide young people so that they can think freely and come up with creative projects and initiatives that are transformational. They own their talents, skills, aspirations, and creativity, rather than be condemned to seeking handouts or to waiting for particular kinds of jobs to be available. GUiDE Project collaborates with stakeholders and like-minded individuals, groups and organizations in our efforts to support young people so that they may create the future they want and, achieve a better, more prosperous life. It partners with schools to act as resource centers and offer resources that can be deployed quickly, cheaply, and effectively, and in the process re-imagine our educational approach.
