Guided by Humanity is a community-focused nonprofit dedicated to making holistic health and wellness radically inclusive, accessible, and equitable for everyBODY and everyABILITY. Through adaptive yoga, mindfulness, and wellness programs, we’re breaking down barriers so people with disabilities and their families can connect, heal, and thrive. Our grassroots approach ensures that every donation—whether from a neighbor, local business, or large corporation—directly fuels life-changing programs that foster belonging, independence, and empowerment. With each class taught, each smile shared, and each barrier removed, we’re proving that accessibility isn’t charity—it’s community.
