We ask each participant what he or she wants to achieve personally and professionally on the training topic as a measure to achieve for the workshop. We create an environment where everyone is comfortable and confident to engage, our facilitation style is interesting, motivating, relevant, inspiring and interactive. We conduct an assertiveness questionnaire for each participant to complete, based on the results we offer tools to help in areas that hinder their success, enthusiasm and motivation. To ensure that the workshop content is understood we anchor each section so it acts as a platform to be built upon. This has proven powerful for participants when they are determining what changes, big or small to implement.
