In 2001, N A Interiors was reformed as a Limited Company to become Guildown Ltd. This step forward embodied the move to offer more diverse building services. Guildown is a family run business with 30 years experience in the building industry. We have a dedicated team providing project management, site supervision and skilled trades. We pride ourselves on our reputation of reliability and professionalism. All work is covered by public and employers liability insurance and estimates are provided free of charge. Initially, Guildown secured contracts for refurbishment works including disability adaptations for clients such as Disability Challengers, local authority youth schemes and Guildford Borough Council's Care and Repair scheme. Other projects include kitchen and bathroom refits, extensions and garage conversions. One of our long-term customers, Regency Lettings - a former client of N A Interiors, continues to employ the wide range of services which Guildown offers. At Guildown, we enjoy heritage restoration projects, such as Grade I & II houses in Guildford town centre. We have also undertaken projects replacing plaster and lathe ceilings, lime plastering and the full refurbishment of an 'A' frame lofted property in Worplesdon. The enjoyment we found during these projects and our passion for heritage restoration has become keystone to our business.
