GuildProp is a boutique property advisory practice formed in 2011 by Philip Johnston MRICS, former head of hotels at Savills and a Non-Executive Director of The Resort Group Plc. Since its conception, GuildProp has advised on over £4 billion hotel property transactions in the UK and internationally, including Europe, Cape Verde, Dominican Republic, St. Lucia. Collectively, the team has been instructed on the disposal and acquisition of over 100 resorts, hotels, serviced apartments and apart-hotels with over 30 years combined experience at the highest level within ‘best in class’ organisations. There are some organisations that claim to be the best because they are the biggest. Others claim to provide the highest quality service because they are the most expensive. Some maintain they are the most economical because they are the cheapest. Sorry, we don’t profess to be any of these combinations. We know that property is a people business and it is the people that make the difference.
