In need of a Human Resources Professional & Project Leader with both specialised know-how and generalist experience in soft and hard HR? I am looking forward to use my excellent communication skills, leadership & coaching competence, change facilitation capabilities and can-do mentality to make an impact for the purpose of your People Change, Development and Engagement projects. Proven ability to deliver challenging projects in multiple industries and environments (Corporate, Global, Local, Scale-up, Scale-down). Available for short term/long term assignments. It is my strong Belief that- In organisations we work with People, not with functions. People are not engaged nor motivated by poor Performance. Hence, it all comes down to appreciate them, to be able to let them enjoy their ambitions and achievements by supporting them, so they can grow together with their organisation- People are particularly engaged and motivated through their personal development & growth, within the framework of an em(Powered) organisation and with empowering Leadership- only those organisations, equally driven by their social Purpose (the Why) and their profitable goal, where autonomy for, trust in – and focus on the People-factor is high on the agenda, will in the end deliver sustainable & excellent Performance, purposeful work and engagement & well-being of their People at Work.
