It is home to 200, 300 and 500 hour certified yoga teacher training (Yoga Alliance Approved), yoga workshops and a variety of yoga, meditation and yoga wellness related classes for all ages and levels. Guruv Yoga has two locations in the Dr. Phillips area and Lake Mary serving the Central Florida yoga community and attracting yoga enthusiasts and practitioners from across Florida and United States.
