Founders Jane Watchorn and Martin Watchorn We all have that inner intuition that guides us. At Gut Instinct we trust in that feeling you get and have learnt the importance of listening to what our mind and body is telling us. Both founders have had a personal experience of mental health illness and an interest in mental health, we believe in the positive impact of looking after your own wellbeing for both your mental and physical health. We want to share with you our passion for this area and look forward to sharing with you other peoples stories on how they look after their own health, what benefits you can get from physical activities and how we can learn to listen to what our intuition is telling us.
