Guy Logan Architects

After successfully working together in practice for several years, Matt Guy and Rob Logan founded Guy Logan Architects in 2018 to grow a business based on their shared passion for residential design. Alastair Whittaker - another former colleague - joined as our 3rd director in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in the student housing and hotel sectors. Between them, they have decades of experience in delivering private residential, social housing, mixed use schemes, student accommodation and hotel projects in London and around the United Kingdom. Our current projects encompass new build and refurbishment projects; office-to-residential conversions; mixed use residential schemes and high end private residential projects. We have established close working relationships with repeat private clients, developers, investors, contractors and consultants to deliver projects of varying scales and complexity.
