After many experiences around the world with cheese education and training concepts, our team is now ready for Israel. The team is led by an in house Maitre fromager supported by sommelier, chef and experts who gathered their knowledge to get you through the best Cheese Experience. Beyond our cheese passion, Gvinage is also motivated by the Zionist mission to support the Israeli Cheese makers and gastronomy identity.
