GWD Capital Partners is a boutique investment shop headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. We quickly identified that a greater problem exists in our current construction marketplace: a huge gap in succession planning, companies under $5M revenue struggle with proper capital structure, great misunderstandings between key partners in Construction (bankers, surety, business owners) because of different “languages”, and the final frontier to adopt processes and technologies to help grow the businesses. The recent pandemic and now uncertain economic environment has only accelerated these problems which we see abundant opportunity.
