Gwt Properties, Llc

In September, 2008, GWT Properties, LLC was formed as an LLC independent of Garretson, Webb & Toth, LLC. The company was formed with the exclusive purpose of purchasing and operating the building where Garretson, Webb & Toth, LLC now practices. The property, located at 105 East Park Street in Olathe, Johnson County, Kansas, is adjacent to the Johnson County Courthouse. Until 2006, the property was the only bar/restaurant in the downtown Olathe district, known to many over the years as the Jury's Inn. After several failed efforts, the building went vacant from 2006-2008. In September of 2008, the building was purchased by the three partners of Garretson, Webb & Toth, Tyler Garretson, Christian Webb & Scott Toth. In slightly less than four months, it was taken down to the studs and rebuilt as "GWT Law Offices". In addition to the partners' offices, GWT leases office space to four tenants including The Law Offices of Christopher Reecht, The Law Office of Jackie Rokusek, The Law Office of Bridget Schell, and one non-lawyer tenant.
