GYA Partners is an independent Business Facilitation Boutique (BFB) focused on BRICS+ countries. The organization is industry agnostic by nature and has been active in the past in Energy, Metal & Mining, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Banking, Fashion, Agribusiness, TMT, Infrastructures. The team, the partners and the contributors are located in Russia-CIS, Asia, Africa (particularly french-speaking) and the Middle East. Main activities : 1. M&A Advisory We hold sell-side and buy-side mandates (10 to 150M USD). We focus on delivering added-value by bringing together the right organizations, business owners and/or investors. Most of our mandates are direct and contain a period of exclusivity. Projects Support We identify, organize, structure and help manage projects happening in BRICS+ countries (commodities trading, JV facilitation, finding partners or distributors, helping localizing products and services).
