Welcome to Gym64. At Gym64 customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Our gyms are fully equipped to support your health and fitness goals. We have two 24hr Gyms, one in Dunfermline & Kirkcaldy. Our facilities are world class offering the best personal service appointments FREE to our members. You can have a health MOT and Training Program tailored to your needs every 6 weeks. The MOT is used to help monitor your health by checking weight, body fat, blood pressure, BMI and strength all compiled in a handy report emailed to you after. Your FREE Training Program can be updated every 6 weeks and involves one of our fully qualified Fitness Instructors creating a training program suited to your fitness levels and goals. Your trainer will demonstrate all of the equipment on your program. You will receive an email after your appointment with your completed training plan containing pictures of all of the equipment used, how many reps and sets you should do and how you can progress from this. What other gym gives you all of this, including nutritional advice, sauna, steam room, free parking and over 170 classes every week? Only Gym 64!
