Gym Generation

Gym Generation is a gymnastics center in Poland created by Alexandra Leyden and Tatiana Volkova. At the present moment, we have 2 gyms in Warsaw with 5 age groups for kids aged 4 months to 12 years. Our true belief is that in order to have healthy body development, you require both physical exercises and good nutrition. It is our responsibility as parents to help our kids be more confident, curious, patient and fit so that they will have a greater advantage within their generation in the future. We don’t need to create a generation of elite child athletes to achieve these health benefits. The goal is simply to get kids up and moving, and keep them moving. Little changes can make a big difference!
