H2 Energy is a biotechnology Group that specialises in ‘advanced conversion technologies.’ The Company design and manufacture Bio-Refineries that process organic waste material and animal by-products from food production waste into onsite renewable energy. The Bio-Refining system creates multiple fractions with complex flow characteristics, each housing differing enhanced microbial ecosystems to maximise process efficiency. Resulting biogas production from the process supplies a combined heat and power unit. The efficiency of the proprietary process enables Bio-Refineries to be built with a small footprint on food production sites, or in close proximity to where the organic waste is produced. The solution provides significant savings in energy and waste management costs, reduces site carbon emissions and delivers sustainable onsite renewable energy.
